How an adoption works
From the first enquiry to arrival
Enquiry
You register your interest and tell us about yourself, your home and your everyday life.
Getting to know each other and checks
We take the animal's character, health and individual needs into account. Future adopters are carefully selected and checked.
Preparing the journey
Vaccinations, veterinary examinations, documents and waiting periods. We keep you up to date on everything.
Safe transport and arrival
The animal travels safely to you. We are there for you afterwards, too.
